NAOS CX is Hiring – Outbound Sales Agent
Location: On-Site – Maadi, Cairo
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are hiring Outbound Sales Agents (Advanced English – C1 level) to manage:
- Outbound voice calls to promote Health and Wellness (Keto-related) products
- Customer acquisition and telesales targets (warm leads)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote Health and Wellness products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (achievable & structured)
- Document all leads and customer interactions accurately in the CRM
- Maintain professionalism and deliver a positive customer experience
Requirements
- University graduates or individuals in a gap year (undergraduates not eligible)
- English fluency at C1 level (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of previous outbound call center sales experience
- Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work on-site in Maadi
Working Hours & Schedule
- 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday)
- Fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday
- Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Cairo time)
- 1-hour dinner break
Compensation & Benefits
Total Package (Gross):
- Base Salary: EGP 13,000
- Attendance Bonus: EGP 500
- Transportation Allowance: ~EGP 1,100
- Commission: EGP 100 per confirmed sale
Training & Onboarding:
- Duration: 5 working days
